The main activity of the OVERLACK group of companies (www.overlack.de) is an international distribution of a wide range of chemical and food raw materials (both standard and special) - even in 18 European and Asian countries. The company established 90 years ago by the Overlack family, developing the family business and maintaining time-proved traditions, is now managed by the third generation of the OVERLACK family. The coordination of the subsidiaries' activities is carried out from the main office in Mönchengladbach (Germany).
